Two convenience store owners found guilty on federal drug
TULSA A federal grand jury found "Anadrol 50" Iqbal Makkarand Gaurav Sehgalguilty Friday afternoon of four federal charges.
Court documents show from November 2011 to January Deca Durabolin And Test Cypionate Cycle 2013 Makkar, of BentonvilleArk., and Sehgal, of Grove, Okla., owned Gitter Done convenience store near Grove . From that store they sold XLR11, a form of synthetic marijuana.
Federal agents walked evidence out of the courtroom following the hearing, including "Achat Anabolisant Belgique" thousands of packets of synthetic marijuana weighing nearly "Anaboliset Aineet" 50 pounds. The evidence was seized Jan. 31, 2013 following "Anaboliset Aineet" an investigation of Makkar and Sehgal. Attorney Trent Shores.
A grand jury found Makkarand Sehgal guilty of conspiring to distribute and distributing XLR11, maintaining drug involved premises and money laundering.
"Folks in the community (of Grove) that were buying it became addicted to it," Shores said. "It sent several people to the hospital. That substance is banned under federal law. It is also banned under state law."
"It is always going to be an ongoing investigation," Shores said. "It is a profitable business. Drug trafficking is profitable. We will continue to work with state and local law enforcement, to insure that individuals are not profiting from putting this poison Deca Durabolin Steroid Cycle into our communities."
Makkar and Sehgal could now face up to 20 years imprisonment and a fine of up to $1 million for two charges.
